  • President and Founder

    Rangsan is the President and Founder of Prudent Advisory since 1998. With over 30 years of experience, he has successfully turned around several companies both publicly-listed and privately-held under Prudent Advisory and prior. His prominent experiences include advising and financing a private infrastructure toll-road, a public mass transit system, structuring and managing pension fund, and investment banking. Rangsan is currently sits on the Board of Director (Thailand) Government Savings Bank (GSB), Sermsuk Public Company Limited, and Patkol Public Company Limited.

    He specializes in 'Business Transformation' where he assists top executives in formulating strategic shift and ensures effective allocation of their resources. Rangsan is considered by his peers to be highly skilled in Managing Conflicts and able to create a strong and successful cohesive team to a common objective. Rangsan is a certified Blue Ocean Strategy Consultant from The Blue Ocean Strategy Initiative Centre (BOSIC) in London. He is also an associate of Adizes Institute USA, considered 'the America best kept secret in consulting' methodology (according to Ken Blanchard, the author of One Minute Manager). He is a Chartered Member of the Society for Advancement of Consulting (SAC), USA. He is also on the Advisory Board of The Center for Advanced Coaching USA.

    Rangsan earned his Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University in, Provo Utah and an MBA from Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, both in the United States.

  • Executive Director

    Choedpong “O” has run startup incubators and innovation capability building programs for many well-known clients, including AP, PEA, ThaiCom, PTT GC, Gulf, etc. These programs include strengths assessments, venture team selection, new market study, comprehensive financial modeling, product team setup, and coaching through continuous deliveries – all geared toward building innovation capability as well as driving long-term investment return through business growth.

    Choedpong’s past career adventures have informed his depth and breadth of experiences from which he draws to help organizations innovate. He was a Program Manager at Microsoft in Redmond, WA, USA; a Product Director at Kaidee.com, Bangkok, Thailand; and a tech startup entrepreneur at Phuket Application Co. Ltd., Phuket, Thailand. Choedpong was formerly an analyst for McKinsey & Company, a software engineer named inventor on a U.S. patent, and a graduate as well as an evangelist of the Stanford D.School.

    Choedpong received his MS in Science and Engineering from Stanford University, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Honors) from Grinnell College. He has created a course in Product Management at Thammasat University, gives occasional lectures at other universities, and serves on the committee of the Stanford Alumni Club of Thailand.

    Mac Ling is an experienced leadership consultant, executive coach, and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience in various industries. As the founder of Coaching Collective, he has played a pivotal role in advancing leadership development in the Asia-Pacific region since 2015. Mac's distinctive approach blends sharp business insight with a profound understanding of human psychology, enabling him to adeptly guide leaders through complex transitions and challenges.

    With a diverse background in software engineering, general management, and entrepreneurship, Mac offers a well-rounded perspective to his consulting work. He has successfully launched seven ventures and held key management roles at major organizations like Sprint Corporation.

    His expertise is highly sought after by leading professionals and organizations worldwide, including BlackRock, HSBC, Netflix, and the US Department of Commerce. Mac's advanced certifications in coaching methodologies, trauma-informed therapy, and vertical development allow him to meet the nuanced demands of modern leadership effectively.

    He holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science from the University of California, San Diego, and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. Mac has also taught courses at the University of Hong Kong and is a member of the Teaching Faculty for the Advanced Diploma in Vertically Development Coaching by Harthill.
